Text reflection effect

First create new image with white background. mine is 400x200 pixels. Write some text on it, and convert it to raster layer. It should look like this:

Duplicate text layer. Go to menu Image>Flip and you should get this:

Select Pick tool then move and resize reflection text to look like this:Now set the foreground color to gradient type and edit it so the dark color is on top. Something like this:

Now select the Flood fill tool and paint the reflection text. You can experiment with the opacity of the reflection layer in the layer palette. Set it to about 50% and you should get the final result. Mine is this:

Your explanation of the above process is to simplified. You assume that the user is an expert with Paint Shop Pro and you assume too much.
If you are going to present a tutorial, it should be complete and step by step. I am using PSP8 and have not been able to follow the steps as outlined and get the desired results.
